CP OLUSOLA E. AMORE (rtd.) - CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CP Olusola Amore, Rtd., is a highly accomplished law enforcement professional with over three decades of distinguished service. He retired in 2017 after serving as the Commissioner of Police in Kwara State. CP Amore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos (1983) and began his career as a Senior Sub-Editor at The Punch Newspapers before joining the Nigeria Police Force in December 1984 as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent.

Following his specialized training in Community Policing in the UK and the United States, he worked in Enugu, Abeokuta, and Kano, where he played a key role in the implementation of community policing strategies across Nigeria. His service in other postings focused on broader law enforcement and public security.

Throughout his career, CP Amore held several critical positions. He served as Assistant Commissioner of Police in the Special Fraud Unit and as Deputy Commissioner of Police in Jigawa State and Zone 4 Command, Makurdi, Benue State.

He also held the post of Force Public Relations Officer and served as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Operations in Zone 6, Calabar, as well as DCP in Kwara State. His leadership was pivotal in advancing community policing initiatives, particularly during his tenure as Commissioner of Police in Kwara and Niger States.

Aside his pioneering work in community policing, CP Amore was later appointed Commissioner of Police in charge of the Police Pension Office at Force Headquarters, Abuja where he played a pivotal role in pension administration and reforms. His efforts in this capacity laid the foundation for more effective pension management within the Nigeria Police Force.

CP Amore is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and had also served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of NPF Pensions Limited.

He is currently the Chairman of NPF Pensions Limited where his extensive experience in law enforcement and pension management continue to drive the strategies for improving the welfare and pension benefits of Police retirees.

A passionate sportsman, CP Amore enjoys football, golf, and table tennis. He is married and blessed with children.

AIG Oyediran A. Oyeyemi is the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of the NPF Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited. He was born on 3rd March 1964 and hails from Oyun, Kwara State. He graduated from University of Ibadan, Oyo State where he obtained Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before he got enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force in 1990 after a one year mandatory training at the Nigeria Police Academy Wudil, Kano State.

He has attended many courses that include, Intermediate Command Course (ICC) Staffpol, Jos.

He started his early public service carrier in Benin as OC Confidential, Division Officer and subsequently as a Divisional Police Officer, respectively. He served in Ogun State as DPO paymasters. In 2012, he was deployed as AC State CID in Ondo State, ACPol in Oyo State, and later Deputy Commissioner of Police incharge of State CID in Ebonyi State in 2017.

AIG Oyediran was the Commissioner of Police in charge of Railway Command, Commissioner of Police in Ondo State and subsequently the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of training and development. > AIG Oyediran is a member of International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), a Fellow of the Security Institute (FSI).

CSP LYDIA AMEH ENEMONA (FORCE INSURANCE OFFICER/EXECUTIVE SECRETARY NPF WELFARE INSURANCE) – DIRECTOR
CSP Lydia Ameh Enemona is a Chief Superintendent of Police and is in charge of the NPF Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Limited. She was born on 1st November 1983 and hails from Ofu in Kogi State. She graduated from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State, where she obtained Bachelor’s degree in Accounting before she got enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force.

She has attended many courses which include International Strategy Development Course in 2014, Capacity Building Training on Gender & UNSCR for the Nigerian Police Force in 2012. She also attended Intelligence led policing for Effective Crime Prevention in 2021 by the Nigeria Police Trust Fund Intervention; Nigeria Police Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Limited Training Seminar with GLA Consortium of Insurance Brokers in 2022; the Augmented General Meeting at ID4 Africa, Kenya 2023; Boarder Control and Verification of Documents, Italy in 2023. She participated in Agenda on Training Workshop of Security Agents on Violence Against Women in Election, 2023.

She started his early public service career started in 2002 when she was enlisted as a Constable. She further went for Cadet Course at Police Training School Ikeja in 2011, before she got promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP). She served in Zone 7 Police Headquarters, Abuja as 2i/c of the Zonal Communication Centre, Officer in-charge of Operations Communication Department, incident Duty Officer, Station Officer, Computer Operator, etc. She was promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP), while serving in the Police Insurance Unit, where she served as the Officer in-charge of NPF Group Life Assurance scheme; supervised the administration of the Office and was in-charge of claims, documentations and processing, etc.

On her subsequent promotion to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police, while serving as Officer in-charge of NPF Group Life Assurance Scheme added more responsibilities to her job that saw her redeployed to Department of ICT, Force Hq. Abuja, where she was O/C in-charge of Access Control, production of Police Access cards within the Force Headquarters, Abuja, Production of electronic warrant card of Police Officers nationwide, and a member Management Team of Department of ICT, Force Headquarters, Abuja.

She was recently redeployed as Officer in-charge/ Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Police Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Ltd, by the virtue of which she has now been nominated as a Director representing the Nigeria Police Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Limited on the Board of NPF Pensions Limited.

Kolade Morakinyo is a seasoned professional with over two decades of distinguished experience across the financial, communication, audit, taxation, consultancy, and oil and gas sectors.

Commencing his career at NNPC, where he earned accolades as the best Corp Member, Kolade had consistently delivered exceptional results. His tenure at the Professional Imports Duty Administrators (PIDA), operating under the auspices of Balogun Badejo & Co (Chartered Accountants) in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Finance, was marked by strategic initiatives that significantly boosted revenue, minimized leakages, and optimized port operations. Notably, he facilitated the recovery of over N12 billion in debit notes for the Federal Government during his tenure as PIDA buff.

Kolade has held pivotal roles at some prestigious organisation including Tele Ogunjobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants), ATL Communications & Advertising Ltd, Guardian Express Assurance Ltd, and Index Asset Management Ltd. His extensive expertise is underscored by esteemed Fellowships from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). This is in addition to memberships of Certified Institute of Forensic Professional Accountants (Canada), the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (UK), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria (APFN), and the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).

Academically, Kolade holds Ph.D. in Accounting from Nasarawa University; MSc (2.1) and B.Sc. (2.1) also in Accounting from the University of Lagos, along with an H.N.D (2.1) in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. His professional journey includes distinguished positions such as Heads of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Future Unity Glanvills Pensions Ltd, and First Guarantee Pensions at a different time. He was once the Chief Auditor in the Nigeria Police Force Pensions, and due to his dedication, passion and unwavering commitment to excellence and attention to detail, he was engaged to be the Chief Risk Officer of the Organisation.

Renowned for his leadership qualities in strategic foresight, meticulous planning, and adept utilization of information and communications technology, coined in humility and integrity, all of which position him as a driving force in organizational success, Dr. Kolade was considered worthy to be the Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria Police Force Pensions.

A seasoned and distinguished professional with core competencies and expertise in budgeting, investment and financial management, business development, customer relationship management, corporate strategy as well as Human Resources management functions, Mr. AbdulKareem Shehu Gezawa has a diversified cognate experience of over thirty (30) years, acquired from reputable private and public sector organizations cutting across the Nigeria’s Banking, Insurance and Pension industries.

Currently serving as the Executive Director (Investment), Mr. Gezawa is saddled with the responsibility of day-to-day supervisory oversight as well as providing strategic and directional leadership to three (3) core Departments in the Company namely, Finance and Accounts, Investment Management, and Contributions and Collections. He had earlier served as our pioneer Executive Director (Operations) between 2015 and 2024 when he supervised four (4) Departments of Admin. and Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Business Development, and ICT.

Mr. Gezawa is an Alumni of the prestigious Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America (USA) having attended “Course 196” of her Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Year 2019.

His professionalism, strategic vision, high competence, operational excellence and outstanding leadership skills are further enriched by his attendance of numerous executive education programs at some other renowned institutions in the United States of America (USA), France and United Kingdom (UK) such as The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia; Kellogg School of Management, North-Western University, Chicago; INSEAD (the Business School for the World), Fontainebleau–France; The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London; and Said Business School (SBS), University of Oxford, UK.

During the course of his professional journey and career, and to boost his productivity, Mr. Gezawa has acquired the membership of many Professional Institutes/bodies in Nigeria which include Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA); Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Fellow Certified National Accountant (FCNA), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN); Associate, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS); and Life Member, Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria (MCIoD).

He also holds Masters in Banking & Finance (MBF) as well as B.A.(Ed) Economics (Upper Second Class Honours) degrees, both obtained from Bayero University Kano (BUK), topping his class in each. During both his educational pursuit and professional career, Mr. Gezawa has obtained many awards to his credit.

Before bringing his diverse wealth of experience to the Board of NPF Pensions Limited in 2015, he had worked with the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) between 2009 and 2015, where he attained the position of Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts Directorate) from which he voluntarily resigned. During his Public Service career, he represented NAICOM in many strategic National Committees/sensitive assignments.

In his previous roles, Mr. Gezawa has, between years 2006 and 2009, held the positions of Head, Investment Departments in both the then Apt Pension Funds Managers Ltd and Penman Pensions Ltd (now Tangerine Apt Pensions Ltd) Abuja.

After his national youth service (NYSC) in 1992, Mr. Gezawa started his career in the banking industry which spanned to year 2006, within which period he acquired broad experience in Banking Operations; Credit Packaging, Financial Analysis, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, in different commercial banks, attaining the position of Kano Branch Manager in the then Assurance Bank of Nigeria Ltd.

Priscillia O. Egede-Njowusi is a graduate of Delta State University Abraka where she obtained her Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in English (Education) and Industrial Relations in 1992 and 2000 respectively.

She possesses extensive background of over 31 years post qualification experience with over a decade long career in Journalism and later in Pension Fund Administration spanning Business Development & Marketing, Media Consultancy, Corporate Branding, Stakeholder Engagement & Management, and Corporate Communications and Brand Management at the highest levels.

Before joining NPF Pensions Limited, She worked at Trustfund Pensions Limited from 2009 to 2024, with over 14 years at Middle and Senior Management levels working across Corporate Affairs and Communications, Brand Management, Business Development and Marketing functions. She has also put in a decade of robust journalism career, as the Staff Labour Correspondent of Guardian Newspaper from 1994 to 2005 where She provided media coverage for the Organized Labour during the Fola Adeola Committee that culminated in the birthing of the Contributory Pension Scheme.

Priscillia has negotiated new businesses and closed deals, and also managed key strategic accounts. She is an ardent identifier and developer of latent skills, continues to develop and raise new leaders by providing consistent coaching, mentoring and guidance to colleagues around her space.

She is an alumnus of the Prestigious Corporate Affairs Academy of Said Business School, Oxford University United Kingdom. She is also an alumnus of the prestigious International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP), the United States Department of State’s Premier Professional Exchange Programme. She has attended several Leadership and Management trainings at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania USA, United and Lagos Business School.

She has passion for Charity Work, Advocacy in the area of Gender Based Issues. Travelling, Cooking, Music and Writing.

She is to oversee the newly created Corporate Services Directorate.

Muhammad Dutse is a seasoned professional with over two decades of proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Adept at driving organizational growth, optimizing processes, and fostering high-performing teams. Strong analytical and decision-making skills combined with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Mr, Dutse is well-known for managing large teams, executing complex projects, and delivering impactful results. As the Executive Director in charge of the Operations Directorate, he is responsible for overseeing three departments namely: Human Resources and Administration, Information and Communication Technology, and Operations.

He is a graduate of Computer Science from Federal University of Technology (ATBU) Bauchi and is currently a postgraduate student of Leadership and Sustainability with the prestigious Robert Kenedy College, Zurich.

Mr. Dutse is highly skilled in various technologies including Database Management and Administration, Database development and programming, ICT Project Management and Implementation, Application Design and Programming, Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence, Data Center Management and Disaster Recovery Implementation, IT Security, and Ethical Hacking.

He is a member of various technology platforms and groups including the renowned IDC CIOs (International Data Corp) and had been involved in the implementation of various technologies in the Pension Industry.
 
Prior to his appointment as the Executive Director Operations at NPF Pensions Limited, Mr. Dutse was a pioneer staff of both NPF Pensions Limited and Sigma Pensions Limited where he worked for more than eighteen years in the ICT departments of the two companies.

Samuel Oguche holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Law from the University of Abuja. He currently works with the National Institute of Legislative and Democratic Studies. He has expertise in Governance and Public Policy, Law of Evidence, Bills and Bill Processes, Parliamentary Management and Processes, Constitutional Law, Procedural Law and Human Rights. He is a Senior Research Fellow of the Institute.

He has Professional Certificate in Parliamentary Management, McGill University of Montreal, Canada; Master of Laws, University of Jos, Nigeria; BL and LLB from the Nigeria Law School and University of Jos respectively.

He has teaching and professional experience as Senior Research Fellow, National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, Abuja; Research Fellow 1, National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, Abuja Lecturer II Faculty of Law, University of Jos and Legal Practitioner in Yusuph Garba & Co., Jos. He has thought many courses in Human Rights, Criminal Law and Procedure, Legal Drafting and Conveyancing, Legislative Practice and Procedure, Structure and Content of Legislation, Legislative Oversight and Investigation, Delegated Legislation, Constitutional Law, Law of Evidence, Law of Torts and Criminal Law, etc.

He has consulted for many groups and businesses such as, YIAGA Africa, Law and Business Research Network; International Republican Institute; Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies; North-East Development Commission.

He is also the Head, Constitutional Law Unit, Department of Legislative Support Services, National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, National Assembly, Abuja.

He is an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) in NPF Pensions Limited and brings on Board his vast knowledge and experience in Law and Governance.
