IGP SULAIMAN ABBA (RTD) - CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Rtd. IGP Suleiman Abba is a retired law enforcement officer with 31 years of experience in serving the nation by safeguarding lives and property and strengthening safety and security programs for the Nigeria Police Force where he retired as the Inspector-General of Police in 2015.
He holds B.A. (Hons) in History of the University of Jos, LLB (Hons) from the University of Abuja. He was called to Nigerian Bar in 2006 after he completed the mandatory one-year vocational legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. Rtd IGP Suleiman Abba is an Alumnus of the London School of Economics.
He has achieved many feats during his service in the Nigeria Police Force in various capacities. He served as Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Commissioner of Police Rivers State Command, Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 7 Abuja, and finally as Inspector-General of Police
Being a law enforcement officer and legal practitioner, he coordinated many activities of the Police and its subsidiaries. He was the Board Chairman, Nigeria Police Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society Ltd, IGP’s Permanent Representative on Board of Governors National Judicial Institute, IGP representative in Presidential Committee on Nigeria Centenary Celebrations, IGP Representative on development of National (NPF) Infrastructure Master Plan.
Rtd IGP Suleiman Abba has attended many courses in diverse fields of specialization within and outside the country which include; International training as a member of the International Association of Chief of Police, ASCON Higher Management Course, Leadership and Strategic Management Workshop for AIGs of Nigeria Police Force, etc. He is happily married with children and enjoys playing football.
DIG BALA CIROMA (DIG DFA)

DIG BALA CIROMA (DIG DFA) - VICE CHAIRMAN
DIG Bala Ciroma is the Deputy Inspector-General of Police in charge of Finance & Administration. He was born on 16th January 1966 and hails from Yobe state. He graduated from University of Maiduguri, where he obtained bachelor’s degree in Geography before he got enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force in 1990. He also holds a Post graduate Certificate in Corruption Studies from the Hong Kong University. He is a member Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE).
He has attended many courses in the course of his service in the Nigeria Police Force.
He started his early public service career in “B” Divisional Police Headquarters, Niger State. He was redeployed as both the Divisional Traffic Officer, Officer in-charge of Homicide Section, CIID Niger Command. He got redeployed to Force Criminal Investigation & Intelligence Department Ikoyi, where he served as an Investigator. He served in Ibadan, Oyo state as both the 2i/c Operations Department and Divisional Police Officer Iya Ganku Division all in Oyo state.
In 2004, he was posted to the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) as Head of Operations, and in 2009 as an Assistant Commissioner of Police in CIID, before his deployment to Welfare Section as ACP. His duty took him to Kano State after ACP in CIID, before redeployment to IGP Monitoring Unit. In 2013, shortly as his promotion to the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police, he was redeployed to FCT Command as DCP Operations Department, and back to Force Headquarters as the Deputy Commissioner of Police in-charge of Welfare, and later to DCP CIID in the same FCT Command. In 2018, he was promoted to Commissioner of Police and redeployed to Administration section of the Information Communication Technology Department. He got redeployed as the Commissioner of Police in-charge of the Department of Finance & Administration, Force headquarters, Abuja. His promotion to an Assistant Inspector-General (AIG) of Police saw him becoming the AIG Zone 7, Abuja and AIG Department of Operations in Force Headquarters.
Prior to his promotion and deployment as DIG Department of Finance & Administration, Force Headquarters, Abuja, he briefly served as the DIG Training & Development, Force Headquarters, Abuja.
AIG OYEDIRAN A. OYEYEMI

AIG OYEDIRAN A. OYEYEMI (AIG NPF COOPERATIVE SOCIETY) - DIRECTOR
AIG Oyediran A. Oyeyemi is the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of the NPF Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited. He was born on 3rd March 1964 and hails from Oyun, Kwara State. He graduated from University of Ibadan, Oyo State where he obtained Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before he got enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force in 1990 after a one year mandatory training at the Nigeria Police Academy Wudil, Kano State.
He has attended many courses that include, Intermediate Command Course (ICC) Staffpol, Jos.
He started his early public service carrier in Benin as OC Confidential, Division Officer and subsequently as a Divisional Police Officer, respectively. He served in Ogun State as DPO paymasters. In 2012, he was deployed as AC State CID in Ondo State, ACPol in Oyo State, and later Deputy Commissioner of Police incharge of State CID in Ebonyi State in 2017.
AIG Oyediran was the Commissioner of Police in charge of Railway Command, Commissioner of Police in Ondo State and subsequently the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of training and development.

AIG Oyediran is a member of International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), a Fellow of the Security Institute (FSI).

DCP OLUFUNKE ADEAYO OGUNBODE, MNIPS

DCP OLUFUNKE ADEAYO OGUNBODE, MNIPS - DIRECTOR
DCP Olufunke A. Ogunbode is the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the Police Pension Office Abuja. Born on 18th September, 1970, she hails from Ilawe Ekiti, Ekiti State. She graduated from Ondo State University, where she bagged B.Ed. She later joined the Nigeria Police Force in 1994 as a Cadet Officer. She also holds Master’s degree in Education, and Legal Criminology and Security Psychology from University of Ibadan.
She served as Second in Command, Traffic Officer, Ibadan; Deputy Superintendent of Police at Interpol Unit Force CID, Lagos. She was later on secondment to the EFCC. Upon her promotion to Chief Superintendent of Police she became the Head of Operations, EFCC South-Eastern Zonal Office from 2007 – 2020. She was also the Head of Economic Governance of the EFCC. She was subsequently deployed to the Inspector-General of Police Special Investigation Unit.
She is currently the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the Police Pension Office, which is under the Department of Finance & Administration at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
She has attended many trainings and workshops which include Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy, FBI Internal Policing Course, Anti-Corruption Course by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Association of Financial Crime Investigators in Boston, Federal Bureau of Investigation/United States Department of Justice Course and Strategic Leadership Command Course. She is a member of International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP)
She is married with children, and her hobbies include reading and travelling.
CSP LYDIA AMEH ENEMONA

CSP LYDIA AMEH ENEMONA (FORCE INSURANCE OFFICER/EXECUTIVE SECRETARY NPF WELFARE INSURANCE) – DIRECTOR
CSP Lydia Ameh Enemona is a Chief Superintendent of Police and is in charge of the NPF Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Limited. She was born on 1st November 1983 and hails from Ofu in Kogi State. She graduated from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State, where she obtained Bachelor’s degree in Accounting before she got enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force.
She has attended many courses which include International Strategy Development Course in 2014, Capacity Building Training on Gender & UNSCR for the Nigerian Police Force in 2012. She also attended Intelligence led policing for Effective Crime Prevention in 2021 by the Nigeria Police Trust Fund Intervention; Nigeria Police Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Limited Training Seminar with GLA Consortium of Insurance Brokers in 2022; the Augmented General Meeting at ID4 Africa, Kenya 2023; Boarder Control and Verification of Documents, Italy in 2023. She participated in Agenda on Training Workshop of Security Agents on Violence Against Women in Election, 2023.
She started his early public service career started in 2002 when she was enlisted as a Constable. She further went for Cadet Course at Police Training School Ikeja in 2011, before she got promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP). She served in Zone 7 Police Headquarters, Abuja as 2i/c of the Zonal Communication Centre, Officer in-charge of Operations Communication Department, incident Duty Officer, Station Officer, Computer Operator, etc. She was promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP), while serving in the Police Insurance Unit, where she served as the Officer in-charge of NPF Group Life Assurance scheme; supervised the administration of the Office and was in-charge of claims, documentations and processing, etc.
On her subsequent promotion to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police, while serving as Officer in-charge of NPF Group Life Assurance Scheme added more responsibilities to her job that saw her redeployed to Department of ICT, Force Hq. Abuja, where she was O/C in-charge of Access Control, production of Police Access cards within the Force Headquarters, Abuja, Production of electronic warrant card of Police Officers nationwide, and a member Management Team of Department of ICT, Force Headquarters, Abuja.   
She was recently redeployed as Officer in-charge/ Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Police Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Ltd, by the virtue of which she has now been nominated as a Director representing the Nigeria Police Welfare Insurance Cooperative Society Limited on the Board of NPF Pensions Limited.
KOLADE O. MORAKINYO, PH.D., FCA, FCTI, FCIB, ACIPFA, MNIM

KOLADE O. MORAKINYO, PH.D., FCA, FCTI, FCIB, ACIPFA, MNIM - MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO - MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
Kolade Morakinyo is a seasoned professional with over two decades of distinguished experience across the financial, communication, audit, taxation, consultancy, and oil and gas sectors.
Commencing his career at NNPC, where he earned accolades as the best Corp Member, Kolade had consistently delivered exceptional results. His tenure at the Professional Imports Duty Administrators (PIDA), operating under the auspices of Balogun Badejo & Co (Chartered Accountants) in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Finance, was marked by strategic initiatives that significantly boosted revenue, minimized leakages, and optimized port operations. Notably, he facilitated the recovery of over N12 billion in debit notes for the Federal Government during his tenure as PIDA buff.
Kolade has held pivotal roles at some prestigious organisation including Tele Ogunjobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants), ATL Communications & Advertising Ltd, Guardian Express Assurance Ltd, and Index Asset Management Ltd. His extensive expertise is underscored by esteemed Fellowships from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). This is in addition to memberships of Certified Institute of Forensic Professional Accountants (Canada), the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (UK), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria (APFN), and the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).
Academically, Kolade holds Ph.D. in Accounting from Nasarawa University; MSc (2.1) and B.Sc. (2.1) also in Accounting from the University of Lagos, along with an H.N.D (2.1) in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. His professional journey includes distinguished positions such as Heads of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Future Unity Glanvills Pensions Ltd, and First Guarantee Pensions at a different time. He was once the Chief Auditor in the Nigeria Police Force Pensions, and due to his dedication, passion and unwavering commitment to excellence and attention to detail, he was engaged to be the Chief Risk Officer of the Organisation.  
Renowned for his leadership qualities in strategic foresight, meticulous planning, and adept utilization of information and communications technology, coined in humility and integrity, all of which position him as a driving force in organizational success, Dr. Kolade was considered worthy to be the Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria Police Force Pensions.
MR. NICHOLAS N. NNEJI

MR. NICHOLAS N. NNEJI - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, INVESTMENT
Mr. Nicholas Nwalozie Nneji is a seasoned Commercial and Investment Banker. He graduated with a BSc. Degree in Accountancy from the Abia State University in 1987 after completing his secondary education at Federal Government College, Ijanikin-Lagos in 1983. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 1997.
Mr. Nneji started his career at Central Bank of Nigeria, Bauchi Branch as NYSC member in 1987 and thereafter trained at Olatunde Ayoola & Co. Chartered Accountants from 1989 and left in 1990 as Audit Senior. He joined Afribank Nigeria Plc (Renamed Mainstreet Bank) in 1990 and left in 1992 as an Interbank Treasury Dealer. Between 1992-2005 he traversed several departments/ positions at FBN (Merchant Bankers) Limited, a subsidiary of First Bank, as Foreign Exchange Dealer, Deputy Lead –Treasury department, Lead- Operations, Financial Controller and Lead- Funds Management in Corporate Finance Division.
From 2006, as a pioneer staff and Lead-Funds Management at FBN Capital Limited (the Investment banking subsidiary of First Bank) he developed and launched as at then, the largest industry-size Mutual Fund; the N5 billion FBN Heritage Fund, as the first Fund Manager, in 2008. Later in 2008 he moved to ARM (Asset and Resource Management Company Limited) as Vice-President/Financial Controller. From 2009-2012 he served as the Managing Director/ CEO of Summit Finance Company Limited(Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange).
From 2013-2014 he was engaged by First Bank Nigeria Limited as Technical Assistant to the Ministry of Finance (working with the Commissioner of Finance) Cross River State, Nigeria.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria since 2002 and member, Chartered Institute of Taxation since 2003. He attended the Complete Management Programme at the London Management Centre in 2001, U.K.
He had attended Executive Management programs at Kellogg School of Management, Chicago on Corporate Governance/ Board Evaluation and Finance for Executives in 2017 and 2019 respectively.
He is also a Alumni of the prestigious Harvard Business School – Advance Management Program – 194 from 2018.
He is happily married with children and loves travelling and playing chess.

A versatile professional with an impeccable character coupled with core competencies in budgeting, investment and financial management, strategy as well as Human Resources management functions, Mr. AbdulKareem Shehu Gezawa has a diversified cognate experience of thirty-one (31) years, acquired from very reputable private and public sector organizations cutting across Nigeria’s Banking, Insurance and Pension industries.

Currently serving as an Executive Director (Operations) in NPF Pensions Ltd, he is saddled with the responsibility of providing day-to-day supervisory oversight as well as strategic and directional leadership to four (4) Departments in the Company namely, Administration & Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Business Development, and Information & Communications Technology (ICT).

Mr. Gezawa is an Alumni of the prestigious Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America (USA) having attended “Course 196” of her Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Year 2019. He has also acquired the membership of many Professional Institutes in Nigeria which include Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA); Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Certified National Accountant (CNA), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN); and Associate, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS).

He had earlier obtained Master of Banking & Finance (MBF, 2006) as well as B.A.(Ed) Economics (Upper Second Class Honours, 1991) degrees, both from Bayero University Kano (BUK), topping his class in each.

During both his educational pursuit and professional career, Mr. Gezawa has obtained many awards to his credit. Similarly, he has, at various times, attended several capacity-building, management and executive leadership courses both locally as well as overseas in some top rated educational institutions in the United States of America (USA) and Europe including Kellogg School of Management, North-Western University, Chicago, Illinois, Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston, Massachusetts; The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and INSEAD (the Business School for the World), Europe Campus, Fontainebleau – France.

Before joining the Board of NPF Pensions Limited in 2015, he had worked with the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) between 2009 and 2015, where he attained the position of Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts Directorate) from which he voluntarily resigned. During his Public Service career, he represented NAICOM in many strategic National Committees and assignments which supplemented his broad experience in the Nigerian Financial Services Sector.

He has, between 2006 and 2009, held the position of Head, Investment Department in both Apt Pension Funds Managers Ltd and Penman Pensions Ltd (now Tangerine Apt Pensions Ltd) Abuja, which added to his expertise in investment management.

Mr. Gezawa started his career in the banking industry in 1992 which spanned to year 2006, within which period he held strategic responsibilities covering Branch Banking Operations, Customer Service, Credit, and Marketing & Relationship Management functions, at different times, in some commercial banks, attaining the position of Kano Branch Manager in the then Assurance Bank Nigeria Ltd.

Mr. Gezawa is happily married with children; and enjoys reading, praying and travelling.

Olusola S. Ephraim-Oluwanuga is a Legal Practitioner with 30 years of standing at the Nigerian Bar. He graduated from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Nigeria, Law School, University of Ibadan and went further for an intensive program at Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine, University School of Law, California, the U.S.A. on Negotiation and Settlement Advocacy.

He is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK); International Scholar of the International Corporate Governance Network Headquarters, UK; International Bar Association; Institute of Directors; Institute of Mediators and Conciliators, Nigeria, etc.

Sola Ephraim-Oluwanuga has attended many professional and executive training around the globe. He was one of the foundation Honourable members (Federal Commissioner) of the Investments and Securities Tribunal (IST) between 2002 and 2007, in the course of which he has done various internships and attended several study tours to understudy the operations of similar institutions around the globe.

He is a participant at the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), he wrote his thesis on an assessment of corporate governance status in Nigeria public quoted companies. He is an author of quality and rich works of literature in the capital market and corporate industry.

He has held many positions in the capital market, which include: an Arbitrator/Judge of the IST; an Operator of the Capital Market; a trainer/consultant in the capital market; an investor protection expert and an advocate; a capital market solicitor/adviser. He served on several committees of government related to the capital market, which include the Presidential and SEC Committee on Unclaimed Dividend Trust Fund; IST Committee on FSS 2020, Capital Market Committee, etc.

He was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of NPF Pensions Limited, and his appointment has been approved by the National Pensions Commission.

He is married to Olusola, a Physician: Consultant Psychiatrist and they have two children. He likes jogging, Public speaking, writing, and occasional golfing.

AIG Adamu is a retired Assistant Inspector-General of Police. He was in charge of the Nigeria Police Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited prior to his retirement. He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1985 where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration before his enlistment into the Nigeria Police Force on 15th March 1988. He also Obtained Advanced Diploma, Security Operations and Management, University of Lagos; Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Masters Degree in Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice from  Imo State University and Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, respectively.

He was the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the Old Gongola & Adamawa States. Divisional Police Officer Ganye Division, Adamawa State; Bode Thomas and Orile Divisions in Lagos State; Igbo-Eze North Division, Enugu State; Commandant Police Secondry School, Minna, Niger State; Assistant Commissioner of Police (Administration) Katsina State; Area Commander Hadejia, Jigawa State; Assistant Commissioner of Police CID, Lokoja, Kogi State.

Shortly after his promotion to the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police, he served as Deputy Commissioner, Police Mobile (PMF) Force  Headquarters, Abuja; Deputy  Commissioner of Police Niger State Command. On promotion to the rank of Commissioner of Police, he was posted as Commissioner of Police (Inspectorate), Department of Training, Force Headquarters, Abuja before being redeployed to Niger State as the Commissioner of Police, Niger State Command.

He has attended many trainings and workshops which include: Police Academy Annex, Kaduna; PPRO Course-ASCON Badagry, Lagos State; Strategic Leadership & Command Course; Staff College Jos; Anti-Terror Course – Special Police Academy, Beijing, China. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors. He is a Fellow of the International Institute of Professional Security (Fiips), Member, International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP); Member International Security Organisation (ISO-SEC), Switzerland.  

AIG Adamu’s first stint on the Board of NPF Pensions Limited was by virtue of his office as Executive Secretary of Nigeria Police Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd. After his retirement, he was appointed again as a Non-Executive Director, bringing his wealth of experience to bear on his director’s duties and responsibilities. He was also a board member in the Nigeria Police Mortgage Bank, Nigeria Police Property & Construction Company, and NPF Microfinance Bank.

AIG Adamu Rtd is happily married with children. His hobbies include reading and traveling .
