Hamza Sule Wuro Bokki, Ph.D, is the Managing Director/CEO of NPF Pensions Limited and brings on board his over 26years experience as a manager of resources, Investment Banker, Community Leader and Corporate Governance.
Dr. Hamza was the immediate past Commissioner for Trade and Industry in Gombe State; pioneer MD/CEO of Apt Pension Funds Managers Ltd.; Pioneer MD/CEO of Gombe State Investment and Property Development Co. Ltd., Vice-Chairman/Supervisory Councillor, Primary Health Care, Yalmatu/Deba LGA of Gombe State, Supervisory Councillor for Education and Works, Gombe LGA of Gombe State.
Hamza holds a Ph.D in Public Administration & Policy Analysis from the University of Abuja. He graduated with a First Class Honours Degree (top of class and department) in 1990 and subsequently a Masters Degree in Public Administration both from the University of Maiduguri.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Pension Institute and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management. He has served and is still serving on the Boards of several companies since the year 2000. He chaired the Audit Committee of Ashakacem Plc for 8 years.
Dr. Hamza was appointed as the MD/CEO of NPF Pensions Limited in February 2014. His experience as a pioneer in the new scheme has been the driving force for NPF Pensions Limited.
He has attended courses in various training schools including the Harvard Business School, Boston MA, USA and Asian Institute of Technology, Banghkok, Thailand. Hamza is married with children and loves reading, writing and travelling.
Mr. Nicholas Nwalozie Nneji is a seasoned Commercial and Investment Banker. He graduated with a BSc. Degree in Accountancy from the Abia State University in 1987 after his secondary school education at Federal Government College, Lagos in 1983. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 1997.
Mr. Nneji started his career at Central Bank of Nigeria, Bauchi as NYSC member in 1987 and thereafter worked at Olatunde Ayoola & Co. Chartered Accountants from 1989 and left in 1990 as an Audit Senior. He joined Afribank Nigeria Plc (Mainstreet Bank) in 1990 and left in 1992 as an Interbank Treasury Dealer. Between 1992-2005 he traversed several positions at FBN(Merchant Bankers) Limited, a subsidiary of First Bank, as Foreign Exchange Dealer, Deputy Head-Treasury, Head Operations, Financial Controller and Head Funds Management in Corporate Finance Division. As a pioneer staff and Head of Funds Management at FBN Capital Limited he developed and launched the then largest industry-size Mutual Fund; the N5 billion FBN Heritage Fund, as the Fund Manager, in 2008.
He moved in 2008 to ARM (Asset and Resource Management Company Limited) as Vice-President/ Financial Controller. Between 2009-2012 he worked as the Managing Director/ CEO of Summit Finance (Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) and from 2013-2014 he was engaged by First Bank to provide Technical Assistance to the Honourable Commissioner of Finance, Cross River State. He became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2002 and member, Chartered Institute of Taxation in 2003. He attended the Complete Management Programme at the London Management Centre in 2001, U.K and is happily married.
Mr. Abdulkareem Shehu Gezawa is a versatile professional with immense and diversified financial management experience of over two decades, acquired at various institutions in Nigeria’s private and public sectors cutting across the banking, pension and insurance sub-sectors.
Prior to his joining NPF Pensions Limited, he was with National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) between 2009 and 2015, where he rose to the position of Deputy Director before he voluntarily resigned. While in the Public Service at NAICOM, he represented the Commission in some strategic National Committees which added to his vast experience in the Nigerian Financial Services Sector.
He has also worked in Apt Pension Funds Managers Ltd as Head, Investment Department from 2008 to 2009 as well as in Penman Pensions Ltd (now AXA Mansard Pensions Ltd) Abuja from 2006 to 2008, where he attained the position of Head, Investment Department before his voluntary resignation. As an astute employee, he had an illustrious banking career of about fourteen (14) years within which period he held various sensitive responsibilities in operations, credit, marketing and relationship management functions at different times in a number of banks. The banks included the then Oceanic Bank Nigeria Ltd (Kano Branch); Habib Nigeria Bank Ltd (Kano Fagge-ta-Kudu Branch); Citizens International Bank Ltd (Kano Branch); and Assurance Bank Nigeria Ltd (Kano Branch) where he served as the Branch Manager between 2004 and 2006.
Mr. Gezawa holds Master of Banking & Finance (MBF) as well as B.A. (Ed) Economics (Upper Second Class Honours) degrees, both from Bayero University Kano (BUK). He has also acquired the chartered membership of many professional bodies including Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA); Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM); Member, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
As an ardent reader, and to continuously sharpen his multiple skills, he has at various times attended several capacity-building trainings, seminars and workshops both locally and overseas including “Corporate Governance: Effectiveness and Accountability in the Boardroom” at the Kellogg School of Management, NorthWestern University, Chicago, USA.
He is happily married with children and enjoys reading and travelling.
G. Ikechukwu Utazi is an alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University and the Nigerian Law School. He was the Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Law of his alma mater in 2002/03.
Before moving to NPF Pensions Limited, Barr Utazi was serving in the Legal Department, Police Force Headquarters, Abuja. He was among the team that conceptualized the idea of a Police PFA and subsequently worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ltd (the Consultants hired by the Police) to set up NPF Pensions Limited. He was appointed the Company Secretary upon incorporation of the PFA. He is a stickler for excellence and his involvement from inception has impacted positively on NPF Pensions Limited.
As Company Secretary, he is responsible for coordinating the Company Secretariat and oversees all Governance and Legal matters in NPF Pensions Limited.
Barr Utazi is happily married with three wonderful children. His hobbies include reading, watching football, motivational speaking and philanthropy.
Muhammad Dutse is a renowned ICT professional with experience spanning over 15 years. He is a graduate of Computer Science from Federal University of Technology (ATBU) Bauchi and is currently a postgraduate student of Information Systems Management with University of Liverpool, Online Higher Education Campus.
Mr. Dutse is highly-skilled in various technologies including Database Management and Administration, Database development and programming, ICT Project Management and Implementation, Data Center Management and Disaster Recovery Implementation.
He is a member of TechNet and MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) and had been involved in the implementation of various technologies in the Pension Industry.
Prior to joining NPF Pensions Limited, Mr. Dutse was a pioneer staff of Sigma Pensions Limited where he worked for more than eight years in the ICT department. He is married with children.
Ado Abdullahi is a holder of Higher National Diploma in Accountancy, he graduated in 1993 from Federal Polytechnic Bauchi and have been working for over 20 years in public and private sectors before joining the NPF Pension Limited.
Among the places he worked are Jewel Investment Co Ltd, Gombe State Investment & Property Limited and Apt Pension funds Managers Ltd.
He had attended several training, Seminar and workshops on Managerial, Admiration, Accenting, Risk Management and Compliance courses within the Country.
Kolade’s wealth of experience spans over two decades with ground breaking track records in financial industry, communication, audit, taxation, consultancy, oil and gas.
He started his career with NNPC, where he was awarded the best Corper. He later joined the Professional Imports Duty Administrators (PIDA), supervised by Balogun Badejo & Co (Chartered Accountants) under the Federal Ministry of Finance with mandates to increase revenue drive, reduce leakages and sanitize the ports. In PIDA, Kolade had the highest debit notes worth over N12Billion to the credit of Federal Government. Among other places he has worked are: Tele Ogunjobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants), ATL Communications & Advertising Ltd., Guardian Express Assurance Ltd and Index Asset Management Ltd. Kolade is an expert with diverse professional qualifications. His is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); Associate Member, Certified Institute of Forensic Professional Accountants (CIPFA); Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM); Associate Member, Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria (APFN) and a Member of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN). In academic, he holds both MSc and B.Sc. (2.1) in Accounting from the University of Lagos and H.N.D (2.1) Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. Before crossing to Nigerian Police Force Pensions Limited, he had worked as Head of Internal Audit and Risk in Future Unity Glanvills Pensions Ltd. With extremely creative background, he was the pioneer Head of Internal Control/Audit and Risk Department of First Guarantee Pension Ltd. He is a great thinker; proficient in planning, development of strategies, solutions focused, detailed analyst with in-depth knowledge in information and communications technology.
Qaribullah has over 16 years industry experience. Before Joining NPF Pensions Ltd, he had spent 5years with Apt Pensions Ltd and 3years with First Alliance Pensions Ltd (now ARM Pension Managers Ltd) both as head of investment , performing broad functions across investment strategies and executions, portfolio construction, management and related miscellaneous duties. He has attended various courses on investment management both within and outside the country.
He holds BSc Econs (UNIMAID), a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (ABU Zaria) and undergoing an MSC programme. He is a qualified Chartered Pension Analyst Manager (CPAM) of the American Association of Financial Management and; a CFA student member.
Lawan Bamusa is the Head of Human Resources and Administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Maiduguri and also a pioneer Masters degree Holder in Industrial Relations of the same University.
He went into a Private Business, before proceeding to join the former Inland bank Plc as a Credit Officer in Lagos. He was moved to the Operations Unit of the same Bank, from where he rose to become the Head of Operations of some branches in Lagos.
The banking reforms and mergers in 2006 saw the emergence of First Inland Bank Plc, where he was promoted to become a Branch Manager of one of the branches in Lagos and Gombe. His area of strength is in Retail Banking, Business Development and General Administration.
He left the services of FCMB ltd as a Relationship Manager to join NPF Pensions Limited as the Pioneer Head, Human Resources and Administration.
He has to his credit a 15 years’ experience in Banking and has attended many courses related to his profession.
He is happily married with two kids.
An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also a Full Member, Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (ILRM), with over 17 years’ experience out of which 11 years were at Management level and of which 7 years were as HOD in PFA industry, spanning Financial Control, Management and Risk Management, garnered in various sectors of the economy.
Prior to joining NPF Pensions Limited, Mr. Yinusa has worked with three different PFAs between 2007 and 2014, CRIB Pension Fund Managers Limited, Crusader-Sterling Pensions Limited and AIICO Pension Managers Limited. Prior to the PFA industry experience, He had worked with Clariant Nigeria Limited (Former Sandoz) and Daltrade Nigeria Limited. Mr. Yinusa is a 1994 graduate of Accounting, from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
He is happily married with three kids.
Chukwuma Ohaka is a Business Development and Customer Service Professional with over 13 years experience supervising teamsthat deliver excellence in Marketing Managementand Customer Relations. He has a forte in identifying business opportunities and converting them to mutually beneficial relationships.
Having worked for many years in the Nigerian Pension Industry, he has developed business strategies that have enhanced the operations and delivery systems in the Industry, some of which are pioneer inventions.
He thrives in fast paced environments, mostly worked under minimal supervision with high recommendations and has developed the necessary skills to motivate any team to strive to exceed all targets.
He is a versatile man who is also skilled in Entrepreneurship, Life Coaching, Motivational Speaking and Capacity Development.

He holds an MBA and Master’s Degree in HRM (Human Resource Management) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, a graduate of English and Literary studies from the University of Calabar. He is Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants licensed by the International Council of Management. He has attended several trainings within and outside the country includingthe prestigious Lagos Business School.
Mr. Ohaka has bagged many awards from most of his his past Managing Directors.
Juliet Nssien is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
She is a seasoned Accountant and Auditor who worked with reputable Audit Firms in Nigeria with over 18 years audit experience gained at KPMG Audit (Now Akintola Williams Deloitte) and Muhtari Dangana & Co (Chartered Accountants).
She was involved in the audit and supervision of the audit of various company accounts including Nigerian Directorate of Employment (NDE), Laboratory Project of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), Garki Hospital Abuja, Pension Fund Administrators, etc. Juliet holds a B. Sc. Degree in Physiology from the University of Lagos.
Abimbola Tanimowo obtained a B.Sc (ED) degree in Economics from the University of Abuja, Abuja. She is an Associate Chartered Economists from the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN).
Abimbola started her career as a Customer Service Officer where she developed a passion for delivering exceptional service and has since developed that passion. She has several certifications in Relationship Management.
Abimbola joined the pension industry in 2005 as a pioneer staff where she worked as a Fund Accountant and Investment Officer in Legacy Pension Managers and Apt Pensions Fund Managers respectively, Head Collections in Apt Pension Fund Managers, and Head Customer Service and Customer Relationship Manager in Trustfund Pensions Plc.
Mustapha Suleiman is the head Benefits/Retirement administration department. He has a B. Sc. in Economics from Bayero University Kano and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the same University. He worked previously with Kano State Board of Internal Revenue and Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund.
He joined the Pension industry in 2006, where he worked with legacy Pension Managers Limited and recently Nigeria Police Force Pensions as head Benefits/Retirement administration department.
The new PFA will be responsible for managing pension assets of the entire Nigeria Police Force personnel according to the Pension Reform Act (PRA 2014).
